1. Discovery Call — We learn about your goals, brand, team size, locations, and timeline. This is where we decide what services you need and put together a written proposal. No pressure, no commitment.

2. Pre-Production — We confirm locations, schedule times, and put together a shot list so the day runs smoothly. If you're doing headshots, we'll send wardrobe guidance in advance.

3. Shoot Day — We arrive prepared. Professional lighting, direction, and camera work — whether we're in your conference room or on an industrial site. We have TWIC cards and standard PPE.

4. Editing & Delivery — Images are professionally edited and color-graded, then delivered in all the file formats you need for web, print, and social.

Typical turnaround: 5–10 business days after the shoot. Rush delivery available based on schedule.
